Default H. Res. 1388 - Building Obama's Civilian Security Force - 09-03-2009 , 11:01 PM

Why does America require a Civilian National Security Force when we have always understood there no standing army shall be kept? Given that it is a civilian force, it obviously shouldn’t be considered an Army, but why do we need it when we have a National Guard? If they want to divert and then convert some of our overseas units to a border guard (similar to Coast Guard) I can live with that. However if the intent is to deploy away from the borders, then for what purpose? Why now under an openly “progressively” managed congress when at no other time has America required such a civilian force?

This is starting to sound more and more like Hitler’s SA Storm Troopers or closer to Lenin’s Red Guard “The Udarnaya (shock) group created to combat banditry in Moscow; neither of which should be need in our cities. So when in times of turmoil and/or activation of the National Guard, exactly which force will have authority over the other?

Subtitle E Section 151
Is this the beginning or do some of you know of more direct language than his campaign speech - Video 1 or this Video 2 where Rahm Emanuel discusses service

In America environmental activists are called activists when they act out as terrorists by bombing and destroying property and potentially killing people; yet citizens exercising their rights to speak out against today's government are deemed as subversive?

We need a civilian security force to quash all the republican terrorist from confronting the SIEU.

Service international Employee Unions hold peaceful rallys where they bite off the fingers of old men, and assault young Black conservatives.

I was originally going to post how this would not fly due to the costs involved but after skimming through it the program looks like it can actually be implemented with the proper will. Very worrisome. For example, the word campuses is rife in several sections. How easy would it be for the government to tell colleges that they must set up service chapters or they will not get federal funding. And students would not get federal funding either if they fail to enroll. On the plus side look how much resistance has been generated to the proposed health bill. I expect the same fate with this bill.

Why bother with all the training and outfitting when we've already got the best? Just put them to work! BLACKWATER
