Since nobody seems to have a BDD 451A2 for trade, I'm just going to sell the BDD 451A and try to find an A2 later. The BDD 451A is for the automatic transmission or manual transmission. It helps by reducing throttle lag and makes your car seem more "peppy". It comes in the box.

No, this one does not have mode selection. It's the 1 generation older model that just plugs in and your done. I heard the new "mode selection" SB's had/have problems... take that for what it's worth. This one works flawlessly.

 

I was under the impression there was an SRT version, an auto version, and a manual trans version. Most of the manual guys are using the auto because the manual one is too aggressive.

You say yours is for both a manual and an auto, do you know what it is intended to be used on? Thanks.

It will work for ANY crossfire model. They made 3 different SB's, the BDD 451, the 451A, and the 451A2. The 451 was for the manual, but many people went with the model I have because it was more mild and not as touchy. Looks like you have a 6 speed, so the 451A I am selling is normally what people with manuals settle on (so it'd be perfect for you). It also works fine on my SRT, but they made a 451A2 for the SRT which is more mild... As I said before, I need the more milder version because it's too touchy for my taste and for the people who drive the car.

So, it doesn't matter what crossfire you own. It will work for all, but is a bit milder for the manual, "just right" for the auto N/A, and in my opinion a little more aggressive for the SRT6. You may like it though if you have an SRT6, but usually people who drive my car prefer a more "mushy" pedal.

Yes, it will work fine with a tune. It works no matter what kind of setup you have... reduces throttle lag, yada yada yada.

 

You already have 2 SRTs, one of which is heavily modified, and the other is about to get more modified, can't you let one of us lowly NA guys have this one?? LOL

I want this thing bad, but I am saving my pennies for that CF hood.....

 

You have my time line my friend...go get it, you can get a hood anytime....but not performance...lol.....it's a good deal, and I really don't need it.....but, if it is still there in a few weeks, well, there you go, now if he wants that grille I have been hiding...it just may be gone...but you know how hard it is find a grille....so we will see....doens't matter to me either way....I have manis that need modded.....
