***Eheh . . . I think I'm a bit past my 'buns o' steel' phase, but hey! Why were you looking at my race suit so closely anyway, lol. And don't knock the Crossfire -- you did a really great job with that thing. Seriously, I never knew that car could be such a great of a track car until last August. Then again, I bet you're just fishin' for compliments there, eh? LOL! Alas, another car on my rather large wish list of things to own.

You know what? I really have a dislike for someone who tries to be a smart azz and look down his or her noise at other folks. You can take your little happy faces (and your side kick who posted with you) and stick them all where the sun dose not shine.
Let me tell you something about Crossfire owners bud "it's not a thing" it is a Crossfire, and if you ever pull up next to me with your noise in the air I will get out of my Crossfire and kick your azz. So do not be bringing some "tired old fart attitude" onto our forum. You got a problem with HDDP sent him an email!
Another thing next time you post in a forum loose those freaking happy faces, we are not cave dwellers on this forum, we read and write... Hooah

FireBaseD, good to see you around the forum again... Don't worry, this little racers spat has been cleared-up along time ago... It was just about the competitive nature (ego) we all get when we're on the track... It boils down to a "MY BALLS ARE BIGGER THAN YOURS" kind of thing... They respect the Crossfire now and know that they better watch their asses whenever I show up on the track with them, because they're going to have a serious competitor on their hands that will make minced meat out of them...

Just out of curiosity HDDP, but how well have you managed the BMW's at the track?

Most Z4's that I've run track days with have been very slow, probably because it was their street car and were afraid to break it, or crash it... I have never seen one at our NASA events in TT class, so I don't have timing records vs. my Crossfire. But, I've run with some pretty wicked 325's that were fully race prepped and have had my butt handed to me, +2 seconds per lap... Those are some pretty quick cars...
You should take a look at the NASA website and see the cars that are classed with the (stock) Crossfire in TTE, I think it will give you a little more insight...
