Re: Wasted day...
Guys, I have been in Mexico (really) for two weeks. Got home this weekend and havent gotten back to the problem. I did tighten the mani's down good and still had the problem. P0505 and P0120 errors pending. I pulled the TB before I left and it looks okay physically. I am going to swap it into the SSB and test it to see if it is my problem next.
I do have new NW gaskets and am going to pull the mani's and SC to do some work and will install new gaskets and use loctite on the bolts this time.

Okay, I tested the TB on the SSB and it functions perfectly... put it back on the Aero and took it out and after warm up, same problem and P0120, TPS circuit A pending. Noe CEL. Now to go read all the causes and troubleshooting for the P0120 in the service manual....... Probably something to do with the darn pedal....

Re: Wasted day...
It is not the gas pedal either...... (those things are a PITA to take out!) The one coming out of the Aero wasnt bad.... taking the one out of the SSB took 3 times as long... like it didnt want to give it up for the Aero's... I think I will just leave it in the SSB since it dosent have a problem.
The serpentine belt is still slipping a lot.... I will get that fixed next.... then the only thing left should be a possible wiring issue.. short, open or intermittant..
