There's a wire? Not on my coupe.

I had a similar problem, when something in the circuit would blow the fuse. My key remotes wouldn't lock the doors, however the button on the dash would unlock. You might try that just to see. My problem was the security alarm is on the same circuit and something fried it and burns the fuse once the key is turned on. Cutting the wire was my only solution for now. Anyway, try the button as it is on a different circuit as the key remote system. otherwise emergency latch is only option.

Oppps! My coupe is parked over at another property so I didn't get a chance to look at it. Now that I stop and think about it I should have known the coupe doesn't have an emergency inside release (I've taken that whole area apart and reassembled it. Just blame it on having a senior moment. Sorry for that faulty advice . . .
