Default Dashboard error lights !

This is my first post so forgive me if it does not appear where it should. I have an issue with my 2004. Have owned this Crosssfire less than a year and had no problems. Several days ago the brake light appears along with check engine , brake wear , abs , bas esp , and speedometer / odometer stops working. Spoiler is up and I can move it down for a moment when key first on , but it goes to full position itself. Brake pads were getting thin so i replace and check fluid. This did not correct problem. Code is P0600. Lots of possibilities posted but the speedo not working seems odd in this mix. Thoughts or suggestions would be a great help

P0600 is mainly "lost communications". Could you have damaged the bus ? That many things is often a bad ground.

The first light to come up was the "brake" lamp. Followed quickly by the traction control and the rest of the list. Pads were on the thin side but should not have caused all this. The speedo went out shortly after the dash lights came on.

If the battery is in need of replacement or low in its charge you can have spoiler trouble. Check the battery before you do anything else.
