Default AIR BAG LIGHT ON - CODES 03-20, 05-00, and 06-00 what do they mean?

I have the following codes read by snap on scanner from a crossfire srt-6, air bag light is on:

03-20 ORC Under Voltage (what is the ORC?) occupant restraint control module?

05-00 Driver seat belt tensioner plausibility

Multiple codes often happen with a bad battery. Can the scanner clear them ? Chrysler codes have a letter prefix (Air Bag is "B" codes) and four digits.

Had a bunch after my recall and took a special scanner to clear but an '05 should not have that problem.

ps Occupant Restraint Controller

My snapon clears them and they come back, whats weird is even that first code which i would imagine was set by low battery, which it had, but first thing i did was put a new battery in it. Still comes back. I am wondering if the other two codes mean the seatbelt pretensioners are bad? i dont know what "plausibility" means in reference to this. I found this list online.

DAIMLERCHRYSLER 2002-2011 NOTE: Often, Chrysler SRS systems may NOT output an actual code on the scanner. Depending on the internal SRS module software, only an SRS faulty message may be outputted and accessed using the scanner or using the blinking SRS light.CROSSFIRE (Using Mercedes Benz Systems) Code Definition 01-00 ORC Internal Failure 02-04 Airbag Warning Indicator Circuit Short To Ground Or Open 02-10 Airbag Warning Indicator Circuit Short To Battery 03-20 ORC Under voltage 04-00 Driver Airbag Plausibility 04-08 Driver Airbag Short To Ground 04-10 Driver Airbag Short To Battery 04-20 Driver Airbag Resistance Too Low 04-40 Driver Airbag Resistance Too High 05-00 Driver Seat Belt Tensioner Plausibility 05-08 Driver Seat Belt Tensioner Short To Ground 05-10 Driver Seat Belt Tensioner Short To Battery 05-20 Driver Seat Belt Tensioner Resistance Too Low 05-40 Driver Seat Belt Tensioner Resistance Too High 06-00 Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner Plausibility 06-08 Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner Short To Ground 06-10 Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner Short To Battery 06-20 Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner Resistance Too Low 06-40 Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner Resistance Too High 07-00 Passenger Airbag Plausibility 07-08 Passenger Airbag Short To Ground 07-10 Passenger Airbag Short To Battery 07-20 Passenger Airbag Resistance Too Low 07-40 Passenger Airbag Resistance Too High 08-00 Driver Side Crash Airbag Plausibility 08-08 Driver Side Crash Airbag Short To Ground 08-10 Driver Side Crash Airbag Short To Battery 08-20 Driver Side Crash Airbag Resistance Too Low 08-40 Driver Side Crash Airbag Resistance Too High 09-00 Passenger Side Crash Airbag Plausibility 09-08 Passenger Side Crash Airbag Short To Ground 09-10 Passenger Side Crash Airbag Short To Battery 09-20 Passenger Side Crash Airbag Resistance Too Low 09-40 Passenger Side Crash Airbag Resistance Too High 10-00 Driver Seat Belt Switch Plausibility 10-08 Driver Seat Belt Switch Short To Ground 10-10 Driver Seat Belt Switch Short To Battery 11-00 Passenger Seat Belt Switch Plausibility 11-08 Passenger Seat Belt Switch Short To Ground 11-10 Passenger Seat Belt Switch Short to Battery 12-00 MRSA Driver Side Line Error 13-00 MRSA Driver Side Bottle Algorithm Parameter 14-00 MRSA Driver Side Error Sends 15-00 MRSA Passenger Side Line Error 16-00 MRSA Passenger Side Bottle Algorithm Parameter 17-00 MRSA Passenger Side Error Sends 1B-00 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module Communication Failure 1B-08 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module Communication Line Short To Ground 1B-10 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module Communication Line Short To Battery 1C-08 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module 1C-20 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module 1C-40 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module 1D-00 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module Plausibility Error 1F-00 Passenger Airbag On/Off Module Internal Failure 22-00 Digital Crash Output Plausibility 22-01 Digital Crash Output Line Error 23-00 Similar Crash Output Line Error 24-04 Airbag Off Indicator Lamp Short To Ground 24-10 Airbag Off Indicator Lamp Short To Battery

Would i benefit from reading and erasing the codes with the DRBIII scanner? or will it give me same exact info and codes.

after several resets, the first code no longer comes back, so that makes sense now.

but still have the two seatbelt codes, 05-00 and 06-00
