Question how to change tire

need help i need to take the original rim off my xfire. Removed lugs but it will not buge. Do anyone know what im not doing right or the link to a previous post that i can referance.

Sit down on the ground facing the wheel and give it a few good kicks with your foot on the sidewall of the tire and it should break free.

And to prevent this from happening again put a thin coat of anti-seize on the hub where the wheel meets it. You'll be able to tell from the surface rust ring where the wheel touches the hub.

Lol.. I think the thread title should be 'how to remove the wheel' not how to change the tire. As mentioned above, give it a few good kicks around the tire. Don't worry about anti-seize as wheels typically don't get stuck unless they are on there for a long while after getting bolted down by an inconsiderate shop at 200 ft/lbs with an air gun. Good idea to purchase a torque wrench and tighten them evenly, also make sure to tighten all the bolts lightly first and then tighten down in a star pattern to insure good seating.

Does anybody know the correct torque specs.. I think it's around 76-80 ft/lbs?

Yep - I use 80 ft/lbs
