Default Comprehensive Spares List

I wanted to compile a spares kit for my Roadster for both what to carry with me and what to keep on the shelf.

The in car kit will fit nicely under the roadster's trunk divider with the top down, and still leave room for an overnight bag and computer case.

I have spent a significant amount of time drafting this list, so I thought I would share it with the forum.

You may have a different list (likely shorter than mine....)

I tried to provide as many part numbers as I could (Chrysler/ MB/ Manufacturer) and potential sources of each. You may have your own favorite sources that are different.

Please let me know if you think I have forgotten something important, or if you see any glaring mistakes in my references.

Are you kidding !!!!!
I want to be in line directly in front of you at all the Dragon runs. ( I have about 1/2 of all that in my roadster )
BTW, thanks for the links, been looking for an upper radiator hose, that is a good source, ordered one for $62.83 shipped.

One possible addition : cut one bristle out of a stiff wire brush for cleaning out the 4 windshield washer nozzles.
Crimp a wire terminal on one end so you can find it.

I will wait for a little while in case others have additions, and them add them to the .pdf.

I looked at your great compilation, but don't remember seeing a cheap plastic rain parka. Would hate working n the rain. Also, if you drive in the cold Northern climes during the winter. a space blanket.

There's one in the 'mini kit' on pg 17.

LOL, it is in my comfort zone to be prepared even though I was never a Boy Scout.

My first car was $650 Capri 4cyl and a year later I "upgraded " to an $800 Datsun 260Z. Needless to say, they both broke down quite often. My 3rd car lost a transmission on the freeway 40 miles from home. So, I've got a bit of an aversion to being left in the lurch that came naturally .

My Grandfather always had a box of spare parts for his 60s & 70s Chryslers in the trunk. It came in handy on vacation/ long trips as he dipped into it fairly often. Of course cars broke more often back then too.

Wow, Thanks for putting this together. I certainly have a lot of spare parts at home. In my trunk I keep a spare CPS and tool to replace it, a RCM, and fuses. I'm likely to add a few other items from you list. Also have microfiber towels and cleaner to clean tree sap or bird droppings from the paint.
