I ran across an article on one of my locksmith reference sites about our ignition problem where the key will not turn at all to remove. They are saying don't get the dynamite and dremel tool and try to remove the pin to remove the cylinder but to drill a small hole through the collar and the little cover and manipulate the piece that gets removed so you can turn the key like you would if the key still turns. I have attached a screen shot.
