GTG at OC Motor Trend Auto Show
GTG at OC Motor Trend Auto Show
How is this for a chance to have a SoCal GTG. How about the OC Auto Show on Sat Oct 6th or Sun Oct 7th?
We could meet somewhere close by and all go in and park together. Might be fun to see all the new cars and accessories. What do you all think?

It would be nice if we made it a point to honk the horn, flash the lights and give a wave and shout out when you see a "sibling".

Re: GTG at OC Motor Trend Auto Show
This really makes me sad. In what many feel is the car capital of the USA we can't muster up more than 4 people for a GTG. Now that I think about it, SoCal is the car capital loaded with really nice passionless Camry's, Accords and Prius.
I envy you all back east. Someone suggests a GTG and 20-30 people respond. If it is any distance, I often read things like "...it just gives me that much more time driving my car ..."
Signed,
Lonely in the wild, wild "wussed".

Come on So-Cal people let do this! I will drive from Phoenix to see another SRT6 and the OC car show is not too bad either. I just looked at the show concept car listing and the Jeep Hurricane will be there. Not a sports car but a really interesting twin Hemi engined concept Jeep that I worked on a few years ago at the concept car builder. http://www.rockcrawler.com/reviews/j...2005/index.asp
Just a suggestion but how about we meet up noonish Saturday for lunch maybe at Hooters near Katella and the 57. Then head over to the show. How about it??
