I tried to find a Xf owner club in the Bay Area and I was not able to find one :-(

I decided to launch a Yahoo Group to try to meet some Xf owners in the Bay Area.

Glad that someone answered. I live in Castro Valley. I was just looking around various sites to see
if there were any Active Crossfire Clubs locally.

Do you know of any? I take it that you might be down around San Jose. My son goes to San Jose State
and we travel down there from time to time so see him. As a matter of fact, my wife just told me he was
on TV tonight. He was in a car with three friends when a tree and power lines fell down on the car. All is
well with them. If I had known earlier, I would have probably made it down there with in 15 minutes with
the Crossfire.

There are Bay Area CA XF Owners on the other forum and they have a couple of runs scheduled along with people from Arizona, Nevada, Utah, etc.!

Thanks...I am already a member of the other forum. It never hurts to be a member of many
forums in order to be up on everything out there.

My wife and I are signed up for the Sideways Run at the end of July. Are you going on that one? Are you
also in the Bay Area?

Yesterday, we participated in the "Palo Alto Concours 05 Drive" hosted by the Bay Area Viper Club. We were the only Crossfire present and got asked alot of questions about the car from everyone. The course
was laid out great and may be something that we can offer sometime soon...

I noticed that you already knew about the other forum because you mentioned the meets posted there. I was sort of trying to give joxes, tyescrossfire and SJCrossfire the information because they never answered you, so I figured maybe they didn't know what "the other forum" meant.

No - I am not able to go to the meets, I don't live in the west.
