After purchasing aftermarket rims will I be able to use the TPMS? The rims are stock sizes and stock widths...

The TPMS will work if you use the tire pressure sensors from the stock wheels (or buy new ones and put in your new rims).

good... can't wait to get my rims, but estimated arrival time is 12 weeks.

is it a tough process putting on the TPMS on the new wheels? will I be able to do it myself?

It's not hard, it's just a nut that holds the stem and the TPM module in. It has to be installed from the inside. The sucky thing is if you buy new modules you need a DRB-III scan tool and a magnet to make the sensors recognizable. This is a dealer only tool and they will charge you $45 to program the tires. The other sucky thing is that the computer can only remember 4 tires at a time so if you use different wheels for winter, you have to get it reprogrammed.
