Default OEM Wheels. Paint or Chrome?

I know it's possible to chrome the OEM wheels. Does anyone know how to find a GOOD place to have it done and about how much it usually costs? I would prefer to have them painted a matte black but I've heard people say that paint won't stick to the OEM wheels. Anyone have any advice?

If you do a search there has been info and places to get chromed stock wheels. Don't paint the wheels, get them powder coated.
