Default breaking in brake pads

I know it is on here and I've been searching but can find the directions again.
How do you properly break in brake pads, I finally got my disc italia rotors and pads installed and would like to break them in properly.

use stoptec's website on how to do it. those guys are very informative. I would try it at night time myself..
