Question Tire pressure monitor system(TPMS)

I bought two new rear wheels for my '05 SRT, they are factory originals. I also bought used TPMS sensors from the same year ('05) to go with them. My question is If I replace the rear wheels with the new ones will this cause MY TPMS light to come on? And if the light does come on how do I fix it?
