Somebody on here has done a write up on repairing a scraped rim - the write-up was on a Porsche. I have it somewhere, I just can't get to it at the moment.

Call one of the high end dealerships in your area and ask who they use to fix their wheels. You'd be surprised what they can do. If you want I think someone posted the do it yourself fix otherwise let a professional do it and they should be able to tell you if it can be fixed or not. Make real sure the rim isn't bent. Don't know how hard you hit the curb. I lightly scuffed one of my OEM wheels last year and I was able to actually cover it up with Testors silver model paint in the little jar. Perfect match and the stuff is thick and dries fast. I wish you luck. Pat
