Default Spare tire thoughts

I have an extra 18" front tire that I want to use as a spare. Is there any problem with using it as a spare to replace a blown rear tire? Are there any other issues I should be aware of?

i would say no none at all when they made the car they accommodate for a flat tire since we have low profile tires a flat tire would go down at least an inch so theirs nothing low enough to rub since during a flat tire they want you to drive to the repair shop i wouldn't race around corners just drive normally and you should be fine until you can repair the tire
