Default TPMS Sensor Scan Upload

Hi,
When the hand-held tool is used to scan new after market sensors for the codes and now time to input or upload into the OBDll computer .. WHERE is that computer hook-up located on the 2005 Roadster ? Under dash or in the trunk .... Help .. hope this question is clear ... thanks ...

DRBIII hooks up to the same OBD port.. just behind the hood release.. and I'm not positive that you can "input" codes as the sequence is - put the car in learn mode and activate each sensor working around the car.. "it" see's the signal and logs it.

Are the aftermarket sensors the programable type or the pre coded type?

If they already have a code then like mrmiata says DRBIII only to program the cars receiver.
