Default To change tie rod ends, Ball Joints and anti roll bar links?

Hi,

Should the tie rod ends, Ball Joints and anti roll bar links (droplinks) be changed even before they break?

Altogether those parts cost about £50 to buy from eurocarparts.com and are cheaper elsewhere so I'm thinking of getting all these parts changed.

There doesn't seem to be a recommended brand for any of those parts as they are all fairly cheap individually. Are there any brands that you recommend for those parts and would you recommend changing them before they fail?

My car has been making a knocking noise when turning and I noticed my shocks have a lot of rust on them as if some fluid leaked from them a very long time ago so I bought the Bilstein B6 shocks which will get fitted next week, hopefully the knocking noise will go away. I already replaced the steering damper(stabilizer) with a Bilsterin steering stabilizer less than 200 miles ago.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
