Default Front Caliper Piston Dust Cover

I popped the piston out to replace a torn dust cover boot, now I am having a ***** of a time getting the piston back into that boot after installing the boot into the caliper.
I have in the past used air to place the piston at the boot opening and blowing up the boot like a balloon so that I could slide the piston in but for some reason I'm having trouble with this one.
Any other suggestions?
I tore the new boot yesterday so I need to go get another kit now.
Lucky for me a local Advance auto has some in the box on top of the shelf gathering dust
Thanks

Success, I put the piston at the open end of the boot and applied air to the caliper, the boot blew up like a balloon while I worked the piston into it and inward to the seal in the caliper, I pulled the boot up the cylinder and into it's groove on the cylinder. Then I used a piston tool to push it past the new seal and inward to bottom it out.
