Wanted: Srt6 headers
Wanted: Srt6 headers
Re: Wanted: Srt6 headers
Sorry about the confusion:
I am looking for performance headers / exhaust manifolds, for example VRP Needswings custom etc.
Thanks
Steven

Re: Wanted: Srt6 headers
You just named the best and ONLY place to get headers , intake manifolds a few places, but again Needswings is the best and at a fair price for both, he has done the research and the testing to give you the best improvement. most of the performance parts on my car is from NEEDSWINGS, ,cc,manifolds, intake, KC , powder coating, Exhaust (when it was a V6), dashtac, and more. so go for it. jim
Re: Wanted: Srt6 headers
I had Needswings headers on my SRT-6 before selling the engine and transmission. They fit well and had Rob's special heat coatings. Squirrel Crusher

Re: Wanted: Srt6 headers
The Needswings headers indeed are looking super nice but are a big investment for me.
I read several threads about the performance gains with short/long tube headers on mb, crossfire and supercharged forums. Not too much impressed. I am pretty sure they do make more power than a bigger dimension log header design but only at higher rpmīs on a narrow band. I suspect the average hp/torque gains are better with performance log headers over a wider broader power band especially for me in conjunction with a pulley ratio >2.5.
Anyway. I would like to reduce backpressure as much as possilbe on the exhaust side. Any performamce headers offers are wellcome
