If you were in the US, it would sell for at least double that.

With that RH drive it would be a novelty second car for sure!

I have to admit that I had a fleeting thought - "I wonder how much shipping would be?"

Hi ZERACER, I looked at the UK Auto Trader site and the prices being aske for crossfires were between £1500 and £4000 depending on mileage and condition.
Those in mint condition people were asking around £6 to 7K.
The second hand market was good last year but has slumped for big engined cars, mainly due to fuel and insurance costs.

Careful, back in the late 80's (all vehicles) certified in Europe cannot be imported into the USA without a huge import duty and modifications for emissions ( Bringing Your Car from Europe to the USA: A Comprehensive Guide (a1autotransport.com) )... Maybe, just maybe, they changed all that but ppl used to (military stationed there) buy a MB or whatever on the cheap but then had to sell it at a loss because the fees to certify it in the USA were way too cost prohibitive.
