I did not remove the rear shock so maybe the bump stop is at the top of the shock mount location inside the trunk.

I noticed that my rear top spring pad was #3. But my rear drop was nearly equal to the front because I have about 60 pounds of stereo equipment in the trunk and the max drop happened right away.

Yeah, I made sure that the bottom of the spring was in the notch and that the top was in the right place on the isolator, (cup). I just removed the bottom bolt on the shock, but as far as there being a bump stop in the shock I find that hard to believe. I put 6 concrete block in the back and it lowered it 1 inch, if there was a bump stop I don't think it would have dropped an inch with the blocks, also you can push down on the car with your hands and it goes down even farther. The part #'s Chrysler gave me for the spring isolators were 5102308AA, 5102311AA, & 5102312AA. I called a bigger dealership in Maine and with my VIN# he was able to tell me that my car had the 5102311AA, but could not give me any measurements.
