The SRT6 should have more - it's got more power and weighs less. Take a look at the power to weight ratios:
2007 STS V8 - 4,006 lbs, 320 hp
2005 SRT6 Coupe - 3,240 lbs, 330 hp
Each HP for the Caddy is hauling 12.52 lbs.
Each HP for the SRT6 Coupe is hauling 9.82 lbs.
