Hi, I'm also in Edmonton and have a Crossfire (mine is alabaster). I'm looking for a good winter tire set as well.

They do make a Bridgestone Blizzak for the Crossfire, I think you can see it at tirerack.com. I'm not sure what kind of prices the local stores are offering; but the prices on tirerack aren't too bad (although you'll have to add in shipping, then the UPS customs clearance fee, then the GST/duty).
