brian is correct... that plastic cover/cap just pulls off to access upper bolt. the cap will need to be trimmed down once koni's are installed in order to reuse it.

i did not remove my wheels when installing shocks ... but would probably make it easier... but still not too bad doing the install with them on.

ps - i shipped the shocks out on wednesday morning.
