Regardless of your muscular density, every pound of weight on the drive train, from the tires to the flywheel, becomes about 4 pounds of rotational mass which has to be moved. For every pound you decrease along the drive train you ease the engine of 4 pounds of rotational mass. The car will run more efficiently, rev to higher RPMs faster, and respond more quickly to the throttle, making the car all around faster and more efficient.
This is all I'm saying. The car runs great stock, by simply replacing the wheels with lighter wheels the car would run even better.
