Reading the fine print I found that:

1. DCX reserves the right to modify or cancel this at any time. period. So their *** is covered.

2. The 3/36 warranty is transferable, but that service contract is not. Therefore any inventory clearance vehicles - like mine - that were titled by the dealer will not be eligible.

However aside from that detail, my dealer gives me a loaner anyhow. It may be a PT, but at least I ain't walking.
