not worth it IMO... i don't use mine anymore as I prefer to use my NUVI 350. buy the mount from proclipusa and not some cheapo suction mounts. do a search to see how i've mounted mine.

issues with oem navi

1) maps get outdated, i don't think anyone here has updated cd-roms
2) not being able to see several streets ahead in a map display, on oem you just get directional arrows with upcoming street and distance verbal message
3) cd's get scratched
4) shares the same cd player as you're music cd's so you're going to have to pull out music cd or map depending on what you're doing.
