Yes. I had a heck of a time doing the same thing! It's very difficult to feed that flex tube under the headlight. I found it was much easier feeding it from the front side, underneath the car, back into the engine compartment. This is backwards from the TVT instructions. You have to remove that bottom engine cover to get there though which is also in the TVT installation instructions.
