The car felt stronger and I did not want to self medicate myself into believing that it was due to my shade tree porting and polish event that I posted awhile ago. I just felt like there was better bottom end response and that was before I did the CAI upgrade.

That addition (CAI) was even better, though I wanna add a vacuum gauge to the intake to see how much restriction the air filter has, I feel it a bit small though the location is ideal for temperature. I have several K & N filters and have no reason to dislike them but feel they are porous and offer less filtration. To be effective it would seem that the filter should not be smallish which would reduce the arrestance of the incoming dirt particles.
