The only reason to be concerned with resale value is if you want to sell it -- I bought mine to drive and have fun with, not worry about when I was going to get rid of it and how much I was going to lose. I figure all the enjoyment I'm getting while driving it is worth every penny I paid for it!

If I take care of it long enough, some day people will come to their senses and it will become a collector's item...but until then, my permagrin is all the compensation I need!
