Hah, good call. I had it backwards in my head and didn't look at the picture long enough.

At any rate, it diminishes the intake pressure from the front snorkels(ram effect at 60mph plus). I was worried about this as well because I made my own code3 style intake and was worried about the pressure coming from the front being lost.


I think that if you were to test this, you would see better lower and midrange numbers over say a SL55 setup, and at high speeds the SL55 setup would perform better. It all depends on what you want out of the car. I personally don't regularly take it up over 120mph that often so the code3 style works for me.
