Usually Friday nights folks meander in, get settled, then go run the Dragon a time or two. If you haven't been there before, I recommend this approach. Its worth it to run the Dragon once or twice before you pick which group you want to be with for Saturday.
Confirming what Tom said.
Just arrive and get your room.
Go for a run on the Dragon and settle in with the others for dinner and a meet and greet party in the lodge.
Also a short 9:00pm drivers meeting/attendance verifiaction in the lobby for all to attend.
