Ya know, Rudy. The only reason they don't give a ticket, but still pull you over is because they can't. I've had a few lately where they pull you over just fishing for something to give you a ticket over. If they can't prove your speed they get all frustrated and pull you over anyway, just hoping they'll find something else. In fact, that's what happened to be in Cincinnati. He chased me for my speed, but ticketed me for not using my turn signal when I pulled over. Nice.
