Well I'd take a failure to use turn signals over a speeding ticket any day. In MN, those tickets you pay and they go bye bye. A speeding ticket, even if it's just for half a mile over sticks with ya here for 3-5 years.
Now $124 for a failure to use turn signals, I'm scared to know what the speeding tickets cost out there!
