There's a SRT for sale on Autotrader for under 20K. Unless you have money to throw away AND a whole bunch-o-time to waste it's the better route to go.
Main reason why I'm not bothering to do it. I would like some extra horses for my Crossfire just like anyone else here, but I'm not willing to dump over $10,000 to find out if my engine could even handle being an engine with that thing strapped to it. It has to cause some extra wear and tear whether or not the engine can handle the stress, and you know, I like my warranty being valid. That little lifetime powertrain thing they tacked on could come in handy years down the road when I need some major work done.
