The one's you can buy from walmart works. it's what I have. I even cut off the bottom part of the cup holder. I couldn't find brackets either, luckily there is a metal shop next door to where I work and had them make brackets for me. Also the brackets are on the inside with clip-on nuts, only the screw head is visible.

Works great. I only put bottles in it. Never tried cups of any kind. Just kinda weird that I see the bottle in the rear view mirror, but I'm getting used to it now.
