If she happened to get hurt in the process, its all from resisting. If she attempted to kick or hurt you in any way, that would just be more charges.
Amazing to me that the cops there didn't give two sh*ts. I've seen it like that in major cities, but not small towns.
It's hard to believe that anyone could actually do this and get away with it. If there were no witness to the citizens arrest, I think she could be a REALLY BIG PROBLEM! How can you resist arrest from someone that isn't a cop? That really sounds like taking a BIG chance.
I wouldn't pull over for someone that wasn't a cop if I was on the highway, would that make me resisting arrest from some citizen that wanted to stop me for something?
