They provide an extra O-Ring. You will only need 4. The oil plug is on the passenger side, so jacking the drivers side is best to get all of the oil out. There are 4 jack points. The jack points are just behind the front wheels and just in front of the rear wheels. They are black square hard rubber pads that are along the edge of the frame rail. You do not need a funnel. Just pour the oil down the filter housing. It is hard to miss. No need to use the oil cap. It is a very easy job and should take no more than 15 -20 minutes. Good luck with it. And as mentioned, get a new crush washer for the oil plug. You can get them at any auto parts store.
