While you are doing the work, I would suggest over-boring the TB. You can add a couple of mm. Send the intake manifold and heads to Extrude Hone. If anyone makes an adjustable cam gear, it may worth some ponies playing with the cam timing.
If no headers are available by the time you hit the track next, you might gain some power by working on the stock exhaust manifold.
How much are the cams?
That's a strange question from a DC Technician... (I did ask for DC tech response)...
But, as you should know... Lean caused by forced air will not be supported by stock injectors... MAF will sense wrong... OEM Injectors only provide 80% of capacity, FMU needs changes... New cams will effect as well...
Split Second FMU & MAF are adjustable in car...
So, what was your question about a band-aid?
