This impresses me.

And just so you know, I am the same - when the guy put my new tires on, NTB charged me $110 in all. Not bad, but the guy had worked 12 hours that day and was headed home when I walked in. I told the manager I could come back another day -but he would not turn me away and asked the guy (nicely) to work another hour.

I tipped the guy $30 - because he was doing a job I can't do, and I appreciated it.
