Dude - I'm telling you - that "forward surge" you feel is your S/C clutch disengaging. Go back and read my experience (post 5 I think) and see if it sounds like what is happening. That surge has nothing to do with the tyranny.

Sorry; I kinda need to take a step back and get out of my "lizard brain" mode.
Since it doesn't throw a CEL, that should be fun to daig ;p
