Thanks for your input but no it is defiantly nothing to do with the garage, this garage is one our family has used for over 20 years and they always do things as cheap as possible (saved as a fortune) so we are lucky to have them, unlike a lot of other garages which will rip you off (that's why we wanted it done there) but this one you can 100 percent know you can trust them!

The error code as I mentioned previously = speed sensor circuit malfunction so its not transmission fault and to be honest there is zero indication there is anything wrong the transmission as I have said previously the car works perfectly before the warning lights come on. And also couldn't be speed sensor as like I said that is the part they replaced recently (but didn't fix the issue) so I am sure it is definitely something to do with ABS malfunctioning and fact all the warning lights that come on are braking system related I think backs up that theory. Obviously could be several things in that category but anyway like I said in previous post, the garage is going to arrange to "borrow this part" from mercedes soon and fit it to my car and see if that does resolve the issue. If it does then its defiantly that and then I will just need to arrange to get the part for as cheap as possible! So just have to wait and see I guess...
