What is the best place to find these screws and what is the name?
I have the service manual. How do I use that manual to figure out name and part number of these screws? I looked through numerous pages today and just wasn't able to find what I needed.

Thanks for everyones help it is highly appreciated!

Those are not screws but "push pins", and are used in quite a few places on the Crossfire.
