Try the following when ordering:
1. Log into the CICCI website. If you have forgotten your password or your username, please email memberservices@crossfireinternational.com
2. If your membership has lapsed, please email memberservices@crossfireinternational.com and we can generate a renewal notice for you.
3. If you have recently renewed, please give us a day or two to update the records and to reactivate your account.
