many of us would recommend a solution to solve the brake dust issue... via "rotex gold" kevlar dust-free brake pads. 90% less dust.

i now just use soap & water.


~ as for a cleaning product for brake dust... armor all makes a product called ... "wheel cleaner" in a gray bottle... works well imo.
