I do not believe this at all, when installed the air bag light will be erased by the simple use of a good code reader, for the price they charge you could probably buy one of the code readers that can reset the air bag light, not all can do this.

I bought a good ABS OBD2 reader/eraser and did not turn off airbag. This is a dealer fix (pun intended). I dread going to them...... PS there was no "ark"...
