What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I took "The Ghost" to get inspected and just coasted into the parking lot and drifted into a spot. When the mechanic went out and started the car, everyone in the waiting room, got up and looked out to see what had just started up, so I guess my new exhaust design worked out pretty good.
Bought a Kenwood 558BT for the coupe months ago and never got time to install it. Today I put it in the roadster along with a Sirius XM tuner. And while I was tearing stuff apart I replaced the broken cup wish it could holder with a bin. So now I'm all practiced up for the coupe.

Took the roadster to it's first show of the season at Old Coney Amusement Park just to the east of downtown Cincinnati yesterday. It was a benefit for brain cancer in the name of a young college woman who lost her fight to the disease recently. Stayed for about three hours, bid on a couple silent auction items and got into a couple split the pots. One brief shower came through while we were there but, got there and home dry.
There has been some discussion that the 2 are different, and some that they are the same.
What part number(s) did you use ?
I used the same part number for both as the original parts had the same number which was 2104110415.
the new ones are Febi bilstein number 1704100115.
Uncovered the Coupe today & gave her a "tender-loving" bath this morning. Then took the Coupe out for a spin and re-established that "perma-grin" look! Overall car is in near show appearance right now, but some sprucing up the week prior to CAA #6 should have our ride to Arkansas good-to-go.
Yesterday, Removed door edge mldgs. from the coupe, man I hated the look of those things, and installed a Kenwood radio. Also replaced the cup holder in the coupe with a storage bin, the cup holder was actually still working. Replaced a fog light on the roadster that had a cracked lens. Oh, and replaced some missing floor mat retainers in both cars.

I put Crumpy's old wheels, with Hankooks mounted, on the NA. The SRT spokes are a b!tch to clean but look sharp on that body.
I haven't seen many after market wheels that I like any better. And the way I drive, they would be curb rashed in short order. She already did some of that. So I am good.
A little TLC and I am ready for the CAA.

Washed, clay barred, and applied carnauba paste wax. Also, applied Rain-X to windshield.......Ready for CAA6 ....... Hooray!!!!
I had some today so I installed a blinking third brake light, replaced the cup holder with the tray and installed black leather interior handle wraps after cutting my finger on the delaminated plastic.
I made a SS support bracket for Tighed1's belt wrap mod, this should add considerable strength to the setup and ensure that a weak bolt won't wreck the engine.
Finishing up installation of a pair of Stebel Nautilus Air Horns on the black SRT6 rescue roadster (getting all ready for CAA#6). Some information on the horns can be found at this link from back when I installed a pair of these same air horns on my SSB roadster in Dec 2012.

These horns are absolutely FANTASTIC! LOUD and with a nice European tone that suits the Crossfire. A highly recommended upgrade. Due to space limitation up front (Needswings DCAI) these horns are best installed behind the front bumper left side forward of the left front wheel. Here's a link with photos and information on how to install these air horns on your Crossfire!

I finally broke down and ordered the turn signal side view mirrors that I've been wanting to install . . . This original Chrysler Crossfire accessory item is getting very hard to find. Most websites that come up in a search say the product is "no longer available". I found them at the best price here . . .
ChryslerPartsDirect.Com
Enter the part number 82209048 in the search box.
$209.82 a pair + shipping . . .
